Purchasing from Us
By submitting your order you as a customer are offering to buy goods from us at the price set out or agreed between yourself & our company for the particular order.Our contract begins after we have received payment for the goods from you and concludes with the materials received by you.
We are obliged to send the goods to you in safe packaging to ensure safety of the components.
We try to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers but courier delays are beyond our control.
Generally economic courier services are used for supply of components to customers so as the prices can be kept down to bare minimum. Faster courier services can be used at an additional charge.
Some of the goods offered by us are not always available over the shelf.Customers ordering hand made or painted parts may have to bear with delays in supply of the materials.
We usually give a fair idea of amount time required to complete a transaction between sometimes weather conditions or shortage of manpower may cause delays which are beyond our control so customers are requested to keep some time in hand when ordering such components or take prior idea of amount of time required for such components.
Payment & Taxations:
All payments can be made online through visa or master cards.
All Payments must be made in advance for confirmation of order.An order will be considered confirmed only after payment has been credited to our account.
Domestic customers can make a direct deposit to our account or issue cheque and DD.The order will be considered confirmed after receipt of payment into our account.
Foreign customers can make payments through paypal but as per Indian Government guidelines payments beyond USD 500.00 cannot be accepted through paypal for a single order.
Foreign customers are requested to make a direct deposit to our bank accounts by wire transfer
All customers Indian & Foriegn Customers as per Indian laws will be charged money in Indian Currency only.We have mentioned prices for Foriegn customers in United States Dollars for the sake of convenience.Our gateway will convert US Dollars to Indian Rupees on the prevailing exchange rate prior to the payment being made.The customers will see on the screen the conversion rate being charged to them and only after it has been accepted by the customers will the payment go through.We will not be responsible for any claims arising due to sudden changes in exchange rates and customers are advised to please ensure the currency conversion they see on screen before accepting to make payment.
All domestic transactions include VAT & extra shipping charges will be charges wherever applicable
Our prices are based as per the quality of services we offer to you in terns of the product sold.We take a lot of pains in providing the goods we offer and stand behind our products.
We are aware of several very similar products being sold through other dealers and we request our consumers to please ensure that its the same product you compare. A lot of similar products are available which may look the same but performance may vary, the quality of worksmen ship, paint, chrome, material quality may vary.We pride ourselves in the products we sell and we endeavour to provide them to our customers at very competitive prices
We try & despatch the ordered goods within a couple of days of receiving the orders but certain parts like painted & chrome parts are usually finished on order and may take some time to complete. Certain factors like bad weather & unavailability of labour may result in delay in finishing these components.Customers are requested to provide us ample time if possible for these components to ensure best quality product. At times small damages like an unfortunate scratch on the chrome surface stalls the work and all operations have to repeated again.In case of time contraints customers are advised to let us know before hand so that we can squeeze some time in.
On wholesale orders customers are advised to give us suitable notice for hand made products like leather accessories and modified parts requiring paint & chrome jobs. All these jobs are done by hand by experienced & trained staff only and we have capacity constraints on daily production.Please note we may have earlier commitments or orders in hand.
Please note all customers our wholesalers & retail customers are of equal importantce to us. In fact it is only due to the support from all of you that we are here.We will try our best to complete all orders on priority.
We try to keep maximm stock but this is however not possible due to many reasons.We will try to give you a firm time of delivery for most of the parts and if in some cases of delay we will communicate with you by email or phone and keep you informed.
If there is no possibility for us to arrange certain components ina decent time frame we will inform you likewise.
We will on and off offer special deals & discounted offers to our customers which the customers can access through the home page. Direct offers including shipment will be made ot our Indian & foreign customers where net prices including shipping will be offered on select products.
Complaints & Returns ( Damaged or Defective Goods)
We supply goods in the best possible condition fitment but if customers on opening the goods find the goods in damaged condition or the component does not function properly by damage due to worksmenship we suggest the customer to call us or get back to us to discuss the fault.We will suggest the customer gets in toluch with us immediately and retruns the goods to us. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you at our option.
For our Foreign Customers things are always not easy due to high costs of freight involved and it is our endeavour to be a lot more careful on international deliveries.In case of a defect or damage or manufacturing defect prior to the good being received by you we will ensure sending a new component or at times replacing the cost of the component to our international.
Foreign buyers are suggested to be very sure of what they order from overseas and double check so that no wrong component is supplied because of the high freight cost involved as well as difficulties in returning goods to a foreign land.It is always better to check with your local importer about some components and purchase from overseas in case the components are not available locally.
Wholesale Customers and Retail Customers purchasing from outside India
If you are a Whole sale Customer or a retail Customer purchasing from outside the India:
- We will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), revenue, goodwill or any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us and
- Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods; except that we do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability for which we are not permitted to exclude or limit by law.
